How to get there: 

The easiest route from Leiden Central Station to the Faculty of Archaeology is by taking the bus. On foot, it is approximately a 20-minute walk (1.5km)

Bus:

At Leiden Central, find the center side of the station, there is a large bus bay on this side of the station, indicated in red on the map. From here you can take the following buses:

• 23 Noordwijk
• 43 Den Haag Centraal via Wassenaar
• 250 Haarlem via Lisse
• 400 Katwijk via Leiden CS
• 401 Katwijk via Leiden CS
• 22 Hillegom via Noordwijk

These buses all stop at the bus-stop Verbeekstraat, this is the stop closest to the Faculty of Archaeology. Use the stop button in the bus to indicate that you want to disembark at this stop. When embarking and disembarking the bus, you can use a debit or credit card in the bus to pay for your journey by tapping the payment terminal at the entrance/exit of the bus.
